Hello. I'm a law student in Williamsburg, Virginia. You can find out more about me, if you'd like; or, enjoy the rest of the site.

Hey 98.6, I’m with the DNC…

“Hey, 98.6, It’s good to have you back again… I’m going door to door on behalf of the Democratic National Committee.”
My body temperature must be Republican.
I had a fever this morning but decided that I couldn’t call in sick for my first day of work as a grassroots campaigner for the presidential election. I thought it would send a pretty poor signal to my bosses if I didn’t show up, and I thought that perhaps the cure for the common cold was collecting cash while canvassing. I was wrong. I’m exhausted and I got home from work around 11:00pm. I have a feeling that this will be a recurring theme.
I doubt this new work schedule is conducive to maintaing a blog, but I figured I’d have a good deal of hilarious stories from my daily interactions with people.
Keep checking in…
Oh, and if I come to your door, at least offer me a cookie.

Are you a girl scout? If so, I was wondering if I could have one of those chocolate mint cookies. You know…those ones…If not, that’s cool. I’ll just keep looking.

Officially, a fever is not diagnosed until a temperature of 38 degrees Centigrade or 100.4 Fahrenheit. Hip hop, chocolade pop.
