Uhura, the Party

The weakened need weekends.
It was a nice energizing boost. The Eastern Market flea market is pure dopeness. Once I figure out how to get my polaroids up on the Internet, this post will have some nice images, including one of a painting of Nichelle Nichols of Star Trek fame (aka Uhura).

I rode my bike all around town, passing flyers out to local college kids and getting kicked out of dormitories by RA’s. They would say, “Have your flyers been approved by the administration yet”. I would say, ‘The GW administration? No. But this is a presidential election. I have permission from the DNC.”
They would say, “Who”.
I would say, “The Democratic Party”.
The RA’s would say, “Oh, it’s for a party. I think it’s ok to post party flyers. All the frats do it”.
I worry about institutions of higher learning.
