Revolution Evolution

We finally found office space today after driving all around Gainesville.
The meditiation and massage therapy spiritual center was our first prospect for office placement, but it didn’t work out. The stress associated with political organizing would have caused the center to collapse instantly…
So we got in touch with the people at the Civic Media Center, which is right down the street from U of FL’s campus. The windows are covered in posters depicting all of the current Social Justice campaigns and witty progressive slogans.
“When Clinton Lied, Nobody Died”, etc.
To the casual observer, it appears as though we’re doing campaign work in an anarchist bookstore.
As my new roomie Pat Hourani just quipped, “It’s sorta poetic I guess. They’re working for Revolution and I guess you’re just sort of going for Evolution”.
And then Pat farted, poetically.

This is where I’ll be working until the election.
