The Apprentice Season Finale is tonight… I think. I honestly have no idea because I don’t watch it, but my sister hung up on me on the phone earlier so I assumed it was an important episode.
With that in mind, I figured I would present some ingenious business ideas I have had recently.
First of all, I should remind you that I once had the idea to invent a mesh bag where you can put all your dirty socks before putting them in the laundry so they stay together and never mysteriously dissappear. Sure, there had already been a similar invention for women’s undergarments, but how was I supposed to know that? Oh, and I also once had the brilliant idea to make a bed that turns into a sofa. Everybody always discounts that idea by saying that there are sofas that turn into beds. It’s different though… I’m not sure how… but it is!
Have you seen the commercial with the dude who says “Clap your hands and the lights go off. That was my idea! If only I had gotten a patent!” ??? The commercial encourages people to call a number and sell their inventions to make some bank.
Well, this is me taking the opportunity to claim “I thought of it first”.
New business ideas:

Leftover Chinese Food- It always tastes better as leftovers, so why not just sell it that way? A restaurant that serves only Leftovers! I think it’s brilliant.

Medicine Delivery- They have drive-thrus at Pharmacies, but if you’re really sick, should you be driving?
My Dad, the doctor, just told me somebody else already thought of this…

The Smell Phone- You can smell what it smells like where the person on the other end of the line is. People are utilizing the camera-phone to help out with shopping and sharing memories. I think the smell phone could help out with cooking, or picking out flowers…

When I was young, I used to tell everyone about my idea for Smell-a-Vision. A box on the TV that would release scents based on signals sent by broadcasters. It turns out a whole bunch of people had already thought of this and even used the same name (plug it into Google)… damn.
