Anita Baker’s Man

I start training tomorrow for a job at Heller’s Bakery, established 1928 (now under New Management). Training may or may not consist of wearing an apron and learning the appropriate way to ask somebody if they would like to supersize their cupcake. If you want free pastries, just challah. Apparently they’ve got this sweet new pastry that you can send via the Internet called the e-Claire. (Thank you, thank you. I’ll be performing here at the Kennedy Center all week).

While the bakery is sure to be a good gig, I’m not sure I’ll make enough..err..dough there. Since I’m still in the market for some additional work, I’m interviewing for a Cocktail Server position on Thursday and I might be serving subpoenas tomorrow morning. Also, I found this interesting opportunity to be a planted street actor in an urban scavenger hunt…
