It’s my last day of work at the Center for American Progress.
Now, I’ve got about 6 weeks of vacation before Law School.
I’m hoping I don’t wake up at 7:42AM every morning this summer out of habit.

Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself

I spent an hour poking around eBay, scouring the site for an authentic Michael Jordan retro jersey with the #45; the shirt he wore when he came out of retirement. Granted, I was a little drunk, having been out most of the night to celebrate my own imminent retirement from my cubicle office job. I [...]

Lawrence Lessig swung by our office on Friday to give a lecture on “How D.C. pathologies are undermining the growth and wealth of the Net.” Lessig is a very dynamic speaker and was highly entertaining to see in person. My Netflix Queue has been neglected lately. I ended up pulling off the hat trick in a 48 hour period, watching all three movies I had checked out.

I bought this old radio at a yard sale down the street for $25 (my 2nd best bargain of the week). Beautiful wood grain, knobs, dials, tubes, amplifiers, wires. It’s a Farnsworth, which just sounds fancy. I’m going to try to figure out how to rewire it [...]

The Flow-Zone Layer

A couple of my good buddies from Duke decided to make a fun song about how ridiculously high gas prices are these days. The Gas Unit in Florida asked me, MC Esher, to contribute a satellite verse to the project. I willingly obliged and offered the following:
I love Halle Berry; not Halliburton/
This ish ain’t workin; [...]
