My sister got married. Her husband is one of the 3 people who reads my blog on a regular basis. The fact that he peruses this website, realizes my sister and I have similar genetic compositions, and still decided to take my sister’s hand in marriage is an amazing thing. Congrats!

I somehow managed to mention both Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z during the wedding toast. Coincidentally, I was also reprimanded by the 19 year-old lead singer of the wedding band for requesting too many pop songs. Shockingly, they did not know any Beyonce jams.
In Briefs
- Buying a tuxedo is the most fiscally wise decision of your young life.
- Purchasing a Nintendo Wii video game when you don’t even own a Nintendo Wii gaming system is probably the least fiscally wise decision of your adult life. Or not.
- Would you rather have all of IMDB memorized, or be an extremely proficient fantasy league sports player? The Myers-Briggs test should be rewritten with questions more like this.
- If you’re ordering food at an El Salvadoran restaurant, and the cashiers are giggling at you, it might not be because you have bad Spanish speaking skills. It’s probably because there’s a spider crawling around the lenses of your glasses, and the language barrier simply makes the situation more amusing. “Perdon. Que es una araña?!”
- If somebody ever asks you “did you get dressed in the dark?” I think the only appropriate response is “yes.”

I def. think I would rather have all of IMDB memorized, it would save me a lot of time considering how often I visit the site.
