Happy Independence Day!

Looking for a recipe for your cookout? I really couldn’t resist posting up this ridiculicious recipe from my favorite video podcast (RSS: subscribe here). Mark Bittman, “The Minimalist”, and New York Times chef extraordinaire, offered up some Tuna Steak with fresh herbs and olives and it looks perfect for July 4th cookout festivities. Every week when I watch Bittman’s bites, I feel like stepping up my culinary skillz.
