December 2nd, 2007 · No Comments

Hangin’ Pictures On My Wall

March 31st, 2007 · No Comments

I stumbled upon a Chicago design firm’s website recently. Coudal Partners describe themselves as an “ongoing experiment in web publishing, design and commerce.”

Right now, they’re doing something called “Swap Meat.” They receive lots of unsolicited creative stuff in the mail and usually return the favor by sending out some of their own goods.
Well, I [...]

Dig It, Digitally

March 1st, 2007 · 3 Comments

Lots of little digital from today…

Moo Cards arrived! Tiny business cards to hand out to friends, acquaintances, and people too drunk to remember your phone number. You can also use them to make magnets, gift cards, and the world’s smallest origami.
I co-hosted a radio show on WCWM (90.9), the college station here at William & [...]

Big Brother and a Giant

February 14th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Posted a piece over at the W&M ACS Blog. It’s all about nerdy tech law stuff. Are you worried that the government is going to track everything you do on the Internet? You should be. Soon, they might know that you come to my blog everyday hoping that I’ll post pictures of me hanging out [...]

Thanksgiving Cheerleaders
Originally uploaded by themarkpike.

A friend of mine sends out a Thanksgiving email every year where everybody submits a note about what they’re thankful for. She compiles it and then sends it out to the massive list.
This was my contribution for 2006:
family, friends, food on the table, long distance phone calls, handwritten words, intramural sports, [...]
